Concrete Core Testing Application
On February 23, 2019, Senator Lesser, Senator Gobi, and Representative Ashe hosted an information session with representatives of the Department of Professional Licensure regarding the new “Core Testing” program established in the FY’2019 State Budget. If you are a homeowner and believe your foundation is crumbling due to the existence of pyrrhotite, an iron sulfide mineral which causes concrete to crumble when exposed to moisture, please use this form to apply for the Commonwealth’s Core Testing program. Eligible homeowners will receive up to $5,000 to conduct core testing to determine the existence of pyrrhotite.
